The staff, in particular Wendy, was helpful and provided good directions on the notification appointment reminders, by text and email, that would be forthcoming. In addition, the furnace parts replaced were still under a 10 year limited warranty (which had been registered) and the staff followed through on confirmation and getting the parts. The technician, Caleob, was polite, on time, and clear when explaining the furnace problem and fix. All in all a very good experience.
